Cette association est régie par les articles 21 à 79-III du Code Civil Local maintenu en vigueur
dans les départements du Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin et Moselle, ainsi que par les statuts.
Le siège de l’association est fixé à 4, rue de Dessenheim, 68600 HETTENSCHLAG .
L’association est inscrite au registre des associations duTribunal d’Instance de Colmar
(domicilié au 10, rue des Augustins, BP 50 456, 68020 COLMAR Cedex )
L’association a pour objet de viser à la création et
à la réalisation de projets cinématographiques amateurs.
La vocation de cette association est d’apporter des moyens financiers grâce
aux actions diverses visant à produire et financer des projets à but artistique,
et plus particulièrement audiovisuel ou cinématographique.
L’association poursuit un but non lucratif.
L’argent récolté lors de nos différentes manifestations sera réinjecté
dans nos objectifs de réalisation de projets cinématographiques.
